Third, matters needing attention

People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 1 and 48 hours will not participate in this trial. If you have a history of living in a high-risk area, or the trip code is abnormal, please report to your community or unit in advance, and don't go to centralized sampling points.

2, please all residents in accordance with the unified arrangement of the community, in the specified time to the designated place for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner, so as to ensure that no one is missing, no one is missing.

3. Residents are requested to apply for Tianfu health code in advance and bring their ID cards. Before entering the sampling point, please take the initiative to show the "Sichuan Tianfu Tong Health Code" and "Bus Code" for inspection, and queue up in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the staff.

4. Residents are requested to do personal protection, wear masks, line up in an orderly manner, do not talk or gather, and keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others. Please don't spit or touch anything in the sampling area.

6. For those who are bedridden for a long time, unable to take on-site sampling due to mobility or other reasons, the mobile sampling personnel will come to the door for sampling, and I or other family members will dock with community workers in advance.
