Chapter I General Provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Hunan Property Management Regulations

The administrative department of housing and urban and rural construction of the provincial people's government is responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities in the province. City, county, city people's government real estate administrative departments responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.

The relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level, such as public security, civil affairs, finance, environmental protection, urban and rural planning, industrial and commercial administration, quality and technical supervision, and price, shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in property management according to law.

Street offices, township people's governments and community residents' committees shall guide, coordinate and supervise property management. The people's governments at or above the county level shall take measures to promote the socialization, specialization and marketization of property services and promote the development of the property services industry.

The realty service industry association shall strengthen industry self-discipline, accept the business guidance of the competent department of the industry, formulate the industry code of conduct, and urge the realty service enterprises and employees to operate according to law and provide honest services.
