Step 1: Determine the implementer.

Step 2: Apply for the project.
The implementer entrusts the design unit to preliminarily judge the technical feasibility of the elevator installation project. When a feasible project is preliminarily judged, the implementation plan includes design, capital, construction, procurement and maintenance. It should be prepared, and after publicizing the residents' opinions and signing relevant agreements, a written declaration should be made to the District Housing and Construction Bureau. Step 3: Preliminary review of the project

Step 4: Plan Release

Step 5: Organize implementation.

All units shall bear the responsibility for quality and safety according to laws and regulations, and organize the completion acceptance according to laws. The construction, planning and quality supervision departments of all districts strengthen the process supervision, urge all units to implement the project quality responsibility system, ensure the project quality and construction safety, and handle the elevator supervision, inspection and use registration procedures in time.
Step 6: Preliminary inspection
After the project is completed, accepted and safely operated, the implementer shall submit the relevant materials for completion, maintenance and operation, and the District Housing and Construction Bureau shall organize the district-level departments to conduct preliminary examination, and then submit them to the Xi Construction Committee.
Step 7: Joint inspection
Finally, Xi Construction Committee organized relevant municipal departments to conduct joint inspection.
