1. After the completion of the construction, Party B shall notify Party A, and the acceptance by both Party A and the owner means that the project quality is qualified.

If quality problems are found during the completion inspection and acceptance, the construction unit shall immediately rectify them, and Party A has the right to refuse to pay labor costs before the rectification requirements of the owner are met.

Don't let cement, sand, cardboard and other building materials or garbage fill toilets or sewers. All the articles of Party A shall not be disposed of without permission. 4. The construction unit is responsible for cleaning up the construction waste to the designated place in time. After the construction, the construction personnel are responsible for clearing the construction waste at the site, and can leave the site immediately after the completion.

5. The contractor shall strengthen the safety education on fire prevention and theft prevention for the on-site construction personnel, and the construction personnel shall not violate the law and discipline at the construction site.
