The property has collected the electricity fee, but it has not been handed over to the electricity bureau and will not be refunded.

The electricity fee of the original property is generally not refundable. The electricity fee pre-stored in the property is collected by the power supply unit on behalf of the property service enterprise, and generally will not be refunded after payment, nor will the water, electricity, gas and other fees paid by the property and the charging point be refunded. Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users.
