We were assigned the task of on-site sales, and each group was led by a team leader. We sold carpets around Zhengzhou West District, tapped potential customers, left contact information, and handed it over to the professional sales staff in the infield for one-on-one docking. This task is really a big challenge for me. However, practice produces true knowledge. The bigger the challenge, the more you gain.
At work, I learned that there is no fixed model for sales, and there are no sales skills suitable for every customer. Only by constantly summing up in practical work, deeply understanding the real estate projects sold by ourselves, sincerely facing every customer and winning the trust and support of customers can we achieve good sales performance.
1, flexible sales methods
On the basis of the traditional sales model, we must increase the information of similar products in the market and analyze the purchase purpose of each customer, and then make a correct judgment, so as to seize every customer who has the intention to buy a house. Even if we can't reach a deal, we can't forget to vigorously promote the advantages of our products in order to achieve the advertising effect beyond sales. Four summaries
Through this half-month internship, I learned a lot that I have never seen in school or books.
