If the pool area of the house exceeds 30%, as consumers, they have the right to ask the developer for a refund. Many owners buy mostly faster houses. Because there will be some errors in measuring the area of the auction house, the calculated housing area will generally be refunded more and replenished less, but it will never be considered to return the cost of the pool area to the owner, because considering the pool area is also part of the owner's responsibility.
