Therefore, both parties agree that the remuneration of service personnel in the service fee of this agreement shall be paid directly by Party A to the personnel appointed by Party B on behalf of Party B. (II) Terms of Payment Party A shall pay the remuneration of service personnel in the service fee of last month directly to the staff appointed by Party B on the 5th of each month according to the service fee standards for various types of work determined by both parties. Meanwhile, Party A shall pay the remaining service fee to Party B. When Party A pays the service fee to Party B, Party B must provide an official invoice, otherwise, Party A has the right to refuse to pay the service fee. Labor remuneration between Party B and its appointed personnel shall be settled separately by Party B and its appointed personnel. V. Liabilities of both parties (1) Liabilities of Party A (1) Party A shall pay relevant service fees on schedule. (2) Party A shall provide necessary safety and health facilities for the work of Party B's employees. 2. Responsibility of Party B (1) Within three days from the date of signing this contract, Party B must submit the list of all safety management personnel, identity certificates, education certificates, physical examination certificates and other materials to Party A for review, and Party A can only take up his post after passing the review. (2) Party B shall appoint employees who meet Party A's requirements, be responsible for pre-job education and training for its employees, and inform Party A before the appointment. (3) Party B is responsible for social labor insurance, handling and compensation of casualty accidents and management of its appointed personnel. During the term of this agreement, Party B shall be responsible for any casualties and diseases. Party A shall not be responsible for the personnel appointed by Party B.. (4) Party B shall be responsible for educating the employees appointed by Party B about safety in production, professional ethics and legal system, and strictly require all employees to abide by Party A's various management systems. (5) The staff appointed by Party B shall abide by Party A's various management systems and the property management service requirements of the community and provide civilized services. The employees appointed by Party B shall accept the management of Party A during the service period. (6) Party B's personnel shall not leave their posts without authorization. (7) If Party A needs to temporarily increase the security personnel due to special circumstances (if the service period is less than 7 days, it shall be regarded as temporary increase), Party B shall increase the security personnel on time. The cost of temporarily increasing security personnel has been included in the contract price, and Party A will not pay it separately. (8) The work of Party B's staff shall not interfere with Party A's office and work. In case of conflict between Party A's office and work and Party B's safety, Party A's office and work shall prevail. (9) Party B shall be responsible for the behavior of the staff appointed by it, and Party B shall be responsible for any personal or property damage caused to Party A or its staff due to the staff's failure to perform their duties or other behaviors. During the performance of this agreement, Party A has the right to notify Party B to terminate this agreement 10 days in advance. After the termination of this agreement, both parties shall settle accounts according to the service fee standard agreed in this agreement, and pay the service fee of the personnel designated by Party B directly to Party B's personnel. The two sides do not assume other responsibilities for each other. Seven. Any dispute arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court where Party A is located. Eight. Any party who violates this agreement shall be liable for breach of contract in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. Nine. Matters not covered herein shall be settled by both parties through negotiation and a supplementary agreement shall be signed separately. X.
