That is to say, the main body of power transfer collects electricity charges from tenants in the power transfer area according to the catalogue electricity price stipulated by the government, and no other fees shall be charged besides the electricity charges. The electricity consumption and loss of related facilities shall be settled through negotiation of rent, property fee and service fee. Or the power supply subject can share the electricity consumption and loss of related facilities through electricity while charging the end users according to the catalogue electricity price stipulated by the government, but the sum of the electricity charges charged by the power supply subject to the end users shall not be higher than the electricity charges paid by the power grid enterprises.
