Can Shanghai Zhangjiang Talent Apartment be returned?

According to the regulations on rent withdrawal in Songjiang District's Administrative Measures for the Identification of Talent Apartments, if a talent no longer rents a talent apartment, it should be submitted to the district talent service center 30 days in advance. If Shanghai Zhangjiang Talent Apartment resigns and returns the rent, the rent shall be subject to the contract. It doesn't matter that the contract can be returned when it is established.

Tenants of talent apartments must actually move in. If it is verified that the lessee has the behavior of group renting or subletting, the apartment management party has the right to notify the lessee to immediately withdraw the lease, and deduct the liquidated damages equivalent to at most two months' rent as appropriate.
