How to deal with the elevator slide accident?

As the first responsible person, the property management company should pay the medical expenses in advance and send the parties to the hospital for treatment. The property company should investigate the incident, find out the reasons and clarify the responsibilities.

If it is a problem in production design, elevator manufacturers should bear the relevant responsibilities. If it is a maintenance problem, the accident should be paid by the maintenance unit. If the elevator accident is caused by negligence in daily management, the property management company should bear the responsibility. If it is finally found out that it is caused by improper operation and use of elevator passengers, the responsibility shall be borne by the parties themselves.
