The specific provisions are as follows:

1. During the closed period of epidemic prevention and control, the community realized the 24-hour duty system and leadership responsibility system.

2. Strictly implement the closed management of the community. During the epidemic prevention and control period, all communities will be closed, and the "five unifications" will be strictly implemented, that is, no one can enter without the approval of the commando captain; If the relevant personnel outside the community want to enter, they need to show their street or community certificates, get the consent of the commando team leader, and show the results of double antibody detection and nucleic acid detection within one week and the big data itinerary code before entering; Staff in the community (party member Commando, Volunteer Service Team, Grid Member) will check their identities, check their body temperature and register strictly when they enter and leave; All patients with fever and cough were observed in medical isolation; Those who disobey the manager will be dealt with severely.

The guards on duty must study hard the knowledge of law and discipline, epidemic prevention and control, enhance their legal awareness, adhere to principles and perform their duties in a civilized manner. Three types of vehicles entering the community must be strictly inspected. Vehicles holding the pass issued by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of this community must be strictly registered when entering and leaving, including drivers and passengers and number plates; Garbage transfer vehicles should be strictly disinfected, and drivers and passengers should wear first-class protective clothing and register strictly before entering; Ambulances only need to register their number plates, and other emergency vehicles must obtain the approval of the team leader before entering.
