What happened to Panjin Zhongtian Huafu?

Panjin Zhongtian Huafu loses power for one hour every night. Phase I of Zhongtian Huafu, Youyi Street, Xinglongtai District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, was delivered in June 2022. As of April 2023, the community has not yet entered the official electricity consumption. Because residents live in the community one after another, the temporary voltage of the community is always unstable, and there is always a power outage for one hour every night. The property was delayed because of the temporary power outage and the damage of household appliances. The power purchase contract clearly stipulates that it will be included in the city power supply when it is delivered.
