What certificate does the property manager need?

Property managers need to take the property management certificate. Since 1999, China has implemented the system of holding certificates for property managers. The post certificate of property manager is issued by the Ministry of Construction. The certificate is divided into three levels, namely, property enterprise manager, property department manager and property administrator.

The principal and deputy managers of property management enterprises, the principal and deputy directors of property management offices, the principal and deputy managers of real estate development companies, office buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, villas, resorts and entertainment places, the heads of housing management in large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions, the heads of real estate management bureaus in major military regions, the chief economist, the chief accountant, the chief engineer, the assistant to the general manager of property management enterprises, and people interested in property management-related work can sign up for the property management examination.

Basic requirements of property management personnel: familiar with the workflow and links of real estate development and property management; Familiar with the national laws, regulations and policies on real estate and property management and the approval procedures of relevant departments; Received training in management, strategic management, management skill development, public crisis management, real estate and property management knowledge; Have a deep understanding of security, fire fighting, leasing, contract management, investment attraction, office administration and customer service management in property management, and be able to manage each department independently; With high professional quality, sense of responsibility, good management concept, service awareness, emergency handling ability, enthusiasm and courtesy, meticulous and serious work.
