Which department's permission is required for the property to collect parking fees?

Legal analysis: the parking fee charged by the community does not need the approval of the price bureau.

There is a premise for the property to collect parking fees in the community. The Property Law stipulates that owners can set up owners' meetings and elect owners' committees. Other major issues involving * * * ownership and * * * management rights shall be decided by the owner. The decisions of the owners' congress or the owners' committee are binding on the owners.

If the decision made by the owners' congress or the owners' committee infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, the infringed owners may request the people's court to revoke it. Property service enterprises or other managers shall manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division according to the entrustment of the owners and accept the supervision of the owners.

Owners who infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests may bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law. According to the Guiding Rules of Owners' Congress and Owners' Committee issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2009, if there is only one owner, or the number of owners is small, and all the owners agree, the owners shall perform the duties of owners' congress and owners' committee.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations on Property Management, owners shall enjoy the following rights in property management activities:

(a) in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract, accept the services provided by the realty service enterprise;

(two) proposed to convene a meeting of the owners' congress, and put forward suggestions on matters related to property management;

(three) put forward suggestions on formulating and amending the management statute and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(four) to participate in the owners' meeting and exercise the right to vote;

(five) to elect members of the owners' committee and enjoy the right to be elected;

(six) to supervise the work of the owners' committee;
