Lighting and electrical switch for 6 months;

The warranty period of other parts shall be agreed by the real estate development enterprise and the user.

Article 6 The warranty period of a residence shall be counted from the date when the development enterprise delivers the completed and accepted residence, and the warranty period shall not be less than the period specified in Article 5 of these Provisions. Real estate development enterprises can extend the warranty period.

If the state has other provisions on the warranty period of residential engineering quality, the warranty period shall be implemented in accordance with the state provisions.

Seventh real estate development enterprises to deliver commercial housing to users, should have the delivery and acceptance procedures, and the user signed to recognize the normal operation of residential equipment and facilities.
