Second week

In this week, we finished our training. Officially started our internship life. Our job is to be an ordinary worker at the grass-roots level, and we can't understand the intention of the enterprise at first. Then I gradually figured it out. Only by delegating power to the most basic level of the enterprise can we better understand the operation and concept of the enterprise. For us personally, most of us are working for the first time. Perhaps only in this way can we better carry forward the spirit of hard struggle. There is no shortage of smart people in this society, but people who can withstand pressure in difficulties. Only in the hardest work can we cultivate our ability to resist blows, thus making us more competitive in society. However, because it is my first internship and I have just completed the transition from a student to a worker, I feel a little at a loss, especially under such difficult conditions.
