Ningbang Square in Chenzhou has not stopped working. According to relevant information, the Ningbang Plaza in Chenzhou of China Construction Fifth Bureau has not stopped working. The Ningbang Plaza project is installing children's play equipment, intelligent facilities, street lamps and fire doors, which was handed over in August 2022. Ningbang Plaza project is located in the east of Chenzhou, at the core of the south gate of China-Hunan Free Trade Zone.
