Why is slag removal expensive?

The property management company put forward two schemes to deal with construction waste residue:

First, the deslagging company carries out deslagging in a unified way, and the deslagging fee is charged according to the building area of 10 yuan /m2 *. There is no charge for the wall demolition area 10 square meter, and the wall demolition area exceeding 10 square meter shall be charged separately by the slag removal company according to 15 yuan/square meter; Second, the owner disposes of the decoration slag by himself and dumps it in the slag yard designated by the municipal government. The owner is required to show the photos of the scene when the vehicle is removed and the slag yard is dumped, and issue the certificate of legal dumping and sealing of the slag yard for future reference. Owners can choose according to the actual situation when handling decoration procedures.

Regarding whether the fees charged by the owners are reasonable, it is suggested to hand them over to the market supervision bureau for handling. The processing result has been fed back to the parties concerned, who expressed their understanding.
