Taking this opportunity, I put forward several requirements for community cadres: First, we should raise awareness, strengthen responsibilities and take root at the grassroots level. Due to more and more community affairs, some of our community cadres have been sitting in their offices for a long time, unconsciously "away from the masses, impetuous, lazy and weak-willed", and some comrades have chosen to "run away" because they can't stand the test of civilization creation activities. Therefore, I hope that comrades will go deep into the community and serve the masses with affection. I hope that all communities will implement the "pipeline package" system for community cadres. While doing their job well, they will visit at least 50 households in the responsibility area every month to ensure that the basic situation, needs, difficulties, opinions and specialties of residents' families are clear. Community cadres should contact cadres, contact the "66 mass work" community attendants, do a good job of home visits, implement grid responsibilities, and find out the current situation of residents. The community construction office should make a monthly statistics on the development of the activity of "100 cadres entering 10,000 families" and sort out the relevant situation. It is necessary to enhance the awareness of serving the masses, do good deeds for the masses as much as possible, establish a good image in the process of serving the masses, and win the trust and support of grassroots cadres and the masses. Third, we should put our position in a correct position, pay attention to methods and promote it in a coordinated manner. Our community cadres should actively carry out their work with the attitude of being masters, pay attention to working methods, be good at investigation and study, dig deep-seated contradictions, formulate practical plans, strive to solve outstanding problems at the grassroots level and promote community development.
