Responsibilities of the security guard on duty.

The duties of the security officer on duty are stipulated in three aspects:

First, master it skillfully.

1, be familiar with the location of each passage and give customers quick directions to which floor to go.

2. Grasp the number and distribution of brand counters and provide customers with one-stop service.

Familiar with bathroom, lounge, restaurant, after-sales service, reception desk and cloakroom, and provide quick guidance for our customers.

4. Be familiar with the use of access control facilities and supervise the theft of unscrupulous customers.

5. Be familiar with the date and place of the activity area and provide corresponding consultation for our customers.

Second, the image requirements

1. Security guards wear uniform security uniforms when they go to work, and keep their police appearance clean and tidy.

2. During the duty time, the clothes should be neat and fit, the collar and cuffs should be kept clean, and the buttons should be buckled. When wearing a standard shirt, the hem should not be exposed in the pants. Don't wear clothes, sleeves, rolled pants, security uniforms and casual clothes.

3. Black leather shoes are required to go to work, and shoes should be kept bright.

4. No long nails or dyed nails, no scarves, no necklaces, collars, rings and other accessories.

5. Don't put your hands in your pockets or insert them. Don't eat food or chew gum when you are on duty. Don't hold hands shoulder to shoulder.

6, do not leave long hair, big sideburns, beards, and do not dye hair.

7. Don't wipe your nose, pick your teeth, take off your shoes and socks, and eat when you are on duty.

8, collective activities should abide by the order, don't whistle, input, don't play, loudly.

Third, behavior and manners.

1, civilized language. When talking with people at work, you should be kind in attitude, tone, words and manners. In case of consultation, say, "What can I do for you?" Say "please don't be angry, have something to say" when the other party is unfriendly; When the other person expresses his gratitude, he says "You're welcome, it's the right thing to do", and so on.

2. Stand with dignity. When standing guard, you should tuck in your abdomen, straighten your waist and hold your chest out, put your shoulders flat and keep your arms drooping naturally, which gives people a relaxed and natural feeling and reflects the majestic posture of the security guard.

3. Speak naturally. Security guards should be sincere and generous in any conversation, talk naturally and speak calmly. Pay attention to using polite expressions when greeting. Don't put on airs, laugh loudly and shout.
