3. practical. In our country, the phenomenon of tearing down the wall to open a shop and savage decoration is common, which has laid a hidden danger for the collapse of houses in the future. The structural damage of the house is irreversible. Once the house is disfigured, it can't be repaired even if the damaged wall is filled in again.

Nowadays, many buildings we live in are twenty or thirty years old, and some buildings with mixed quality have entered the "quality revenge cycle". Maybe one day, the building where we live will suddenly collapse, which is by no means alarmist. Because of this, building safety is urgent and can't wait for a moment. We must conduct a comprehensive survey and thorough investigation of old buildings as soon as possible, and try our best to eliminate all kinds of safety hazards of those "premature aging" houses.

To eliminate hidden dangers of old buildings, government supervision cannot be absent, and owners should also bear the responsibility of maintenance. Experts believe that the government should gradually strengthen community work and implement territorial management.
