How much is the small high-rise elevator?

There are two kinds of elevator fees, mainly depending on whether the property service contract includes elevator fees.

1. The elevator daily maintenance fee and electricity fee are included in the property management fee (see the contract), and the owner will no longer bear the elevator fee. Generally, the property management fee of elevator room is higher than that of the community without elevator.

2. The property fee does not include the elevator fee, and is calculated by unit, floor and number of households. Owners on the first floor do not charge elevator fees, starting from the second floor. Relatively speaking, the elevator fee paid by high floors is also higher.
