At that time, Wangjing was still under the control of Koreans, and there were barbecue shops everywhere. In the 2008 financial crisis, a large number of Koreans left Beijing to return home. At that time, many friends had taken over the houses sold by Koreans at a very low price. For example, in 2009, my friend bought a set of hardcover two-bedroom apartment with all kinds of furniture and appliances at the price of 1 1000 yuan. This community is called Baoxingyuan, which is very close to Guofeng Beijing.

Moreover, because Wangjing is located in the northeast corner of the city, it is not due south, the house is facing the wrong direction, and the road is winding, so it is easy for drivers to turn. At that time, the phenomenon of Wangjing sleeping in the city was analyzed many times. Just like Tiantongyuan now, the house price in Wangjing has not been strong for many years. Today, Wangjing has become a popular livable area with industrial agglomeration, multiple traffic routes, newly built middle and high-grade residential areas and shopping centers.

It may be because Wangjing has a cheap house price and many communities, and many friends live here. In addition to the above communities, there are friends who live in Wangjing New Town, Wangjing Garden, Lize West Garden, Shoukai Language, Huigu Sunshine, Huading Family and Atlantic New Town. Because of them, I was deeply impressed by Wangjing's past. Every friend who lives in Wangjing said that he found Wangjing very convenient and liked living here. Only with marriage and having children, when the children are faced with the problem of going to school, they have to leave here and take their place in the school district of Dongxihai.

No matter how Wangjing changes, when I think of it, the first thing I think of is the two bright red characters when I first saw it in 2004, standing far away in the wilderness.
