Two. Contents of Party B's cleaning service (including only the existing contents when signing the contract)

Three. Quality requirements and standards of Party B's cleaning service

Seven. Rights and obligations of Party B

1. During the cleaning service period, Party B shall complete all cleaning work within the scope specified in the cleaning plan. And send professionals to take charge of cleaning work, and the administrator should actively consult Party A's opinions on Party B's work on a regular basis.

2. Party B must independently undertake the obligations stipulated in this contract and shall not transfer the management responsibility to a third party.

3. Party B's personnel must undergo professional training before taking up their posts.

4. Party B shall record the employee's name, gender, age, physical condition, ID number, position and job number, or report it to Party A for review. During the term of this contract, Party B shall promptly notify the person in charge of Party A of any change of cleaning personnel.

5. Party B's staff must abide by Party A's rules and regulations, dress for their posts, wear badges, and carry out cleaning work according to the time stipulated in the contract.

6. If Party B's staff members violate the law and discipline, do not abide by Party A's rules and regulations, behave badly, are in poor health and have poor quality, Party A has the right to refuse their posts, and Party B shall accept and adjust such staff members in time, otherwise, all consequences and economic losses caused thereby shall be borne by Party B..

2.
