Unique understanding of magnetic lock valve

The working principle of magnetic locking valve is shown in the following figure:

It consists of a spring, a lock head and a valve body. The valve lock can be sleeved on the valve at will, but it cannot be taken off at will.

The side end of the lock head is provided with four spring holes at equal intervals, and there are springs against the magnetic marbles (balls). When the letter "C" on the lock valve key is aligned with the letter "C" on the magnetic lock cover and inserted into the lock head, the magnetic marble corresponding to the lock head is fixedly installed at the end where the lock valve key abuts against the lock head, and a rotary valve sleeve is arranged at the upper end of the valve stem on the valve body to match with the valve hole opened at the lower part of the lock head.

Press the magnetic lock lightly with your hand and lift it lightly to open it, and you can operate the switch of the valve [door]. When closing, insert the magnetic lock directly on the valve. Valve magnetic lock is a kind of valve magnetic lock, which consists of bonnet, stem, bonnet and handle. A connecting device is arranged on the valve cover and the valve stem, a steel pin groove is arranged on the valve cover, a magnet is placed at the bottom, the magnet is sleeved in a spring, the steel pin is placed on the spring, and the valve cover.

There are grooves on the handle, and the handle is annular. The outer sides of the valve cover and the handle are not provided with at least a pair of grooves and corresponding protrusions, and the grooves and protrusions are matched. The opposite faces of the magnet built in the handle and the magnet in the steel needle groove are different magnetic poles. The valve is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to use, and can effectively prevent the abnormal opening and closing operation of the valve.

It can be used as a key to open any valve, which greatly facilitates the management and control of heating charges by the property department.

Unlocking: This process is used to control the opening, adjusting and closing state of the valve, and make the locking device in the locked state in the open state. Lock the key cover, make the little red dot on the key aim at the small point on the lock, press it down a few times, and the lock cap will pop up, that is, it will be in the open state. Just pull out the lock cover by hand.

Adjustment and control: use a wrench (self-provided) to move the valve stem, and then lock it to make the valve body in a protective state.
