According to Baidu map query, Huayang Street in Tianfu New District of Chengdu is located in the south of Chengdu, outside the Jincheng Lake section of the south section of Chengdu Fourth Ring Road, not a rich area. Chengdu, referred to as "Rong" for short, is also called Rongcheng and Jincheng. Located in the middle of Sichuan Province, Chengdu is the capital and sub-provincial city of Sichuan Province, one of the first national historical and cultural cities in China, and an important central city in Southwest China.
