Do I have to pay the property fee for the real estate license?

Once the developer delays the handling, the parties can choose to handle it themselves or bring a lawsuit to the court to ask the developer to immediately handle and pay the liquidated damages. If the parties choose to handle it by themselves, they may consult the local housing management department for specific procedures; If you choose to sue, the developer still refuses to deal with it after getting the judgment, and you can apply to the court for compulsory execution, which will be handled by the court, and all expenses will be borne by the developer.
