The business line is basically the same as that of international companies, but the grade gap between projects and customers may be slightly higher than that of foreign languages, because the nature of work will be slightly different, because there may be office buildings or shops not only for housing, but also without squatting in stores ... The minimum income guarantee is relatively better.

One is the miniaturization of the five major companies run by people from Taiwan Province province or Hongkong people or people who know the trade in the early days. There will be no shop project at all, and it is possible to meet people who jump out of well-known companies and learn a lot, which is better than the last one in all aspects. ...

The last category is the internationally renowned CBRE Jones Lang LaSalle Company, First Pacific Colliers DTZ· Cushman. These companies are ok in Shanghai. After all, when you are old, you have your own strengths. They need a basic knowledge of foreign languages to see the world. The percentage of commission is low, but the basic salary is relatively high.
