For drivers and passengers who really need to stay in tin, the local authorities should implement health management measures in strict accordance with the requirements.

Second, the tin-returned freight vehicles without electronic passes will be picked up "point-to-point" by the receiving enterprises or local communities after registering information at the inspection point, so as to ensure that no one stays and gets off the bus on the way. Hong Kong will implement health management measures for drivers and passengers in strict accordance with the requirements.
