At present, Xi 'an Tourism Group owns two listed companies, Xi 'an Tourism and Xi 'an Catering, Xi 'an Overseas Travel Company and Xi 'an China Travel Agency, and eight holding companies, including Evergrande Real Estate Company, Xi 'an Tang Cheng Co., Ltd., Guangrui Property Management Company and Sheng Da Bronze Culture and Art Company. It owns six wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Xi Anda Khan Shanglinyuan Company, Xi An Qinling Wildlife Park, Xi An Huiqun Group Company, Xilv Group Automobile Company and Xi An Lou Guan Tai Zongshenggong Tourism Development Company. The Group has two national AAAA scenic spots, two four-star hotels, 12 one-to three-star hotels, eight national super hotels and1/a Chinese old shop. Xi 'an Catering Group, the holding company, occupies one tenth of Xi 'an's catering market, and owns a large number of well-known catering brands such as Xi 'an Restaurant, Tongshengxiang, Laosunjia, Defachang and Greater Hong Kong.
