Is it reasonable and legal for residential property to play music with public sound system every day?

I've been in this situation, and it must be illegal. I reason with the property and owners' committee. Whether it is the property management or our industry committee, we should understand that their duty is to create a quiet, clean and orderly community environment for the residents of the community, and to perform their duties correctly and not at will. The community is not a nightclub, a university for the aged, a school or a commercial plaza. There is no need to play music to enliven the atmosphere. You can listen to the music you want at home for as long as you want. If you feel that you can't enjoy listening at home, you can go to KTV and the square to sing and dance. It's unkind to drag the residents of the whole community to listen to those boring songs with you. Reasonable estimation can be solved, but it really can't. If we create troubles in a barbaric way, we will certainly solve them. We can't wait for lawyers.
