Basic survey of Xichuan community

Xichuan Community is located in Qilin Sub-district Office, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It was established on July 25, 2002 according to the unified deployment of community construction in Liuzhou and Yufeng District. Located in Xichuan Courtyard (No.4 East Ring Road) at the intersection of East Ring Road and Xijiang Road in Liuzhou City. The main residents of Xichuan community are composed of personnel and their families of CSSC Xijiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., which is named after CSSC Xijiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for short. The Community Office is located in Building 29 1 Unit of Xichuan Courtyard, with a total area of 95,470.25m2, 49 residential buildings and 1976 households. The floating population is 90 households with 200 people. There are clubs, table tennis rooms, reading rooms with a collection of books 1000, a central park for the elderly to exercise, a light court, a gateball court, a designated hospital for medical insurance, a West Boat Kindergarten with a health permit issued by the Guangxi Health Department, and a West Boat Workers' Supply and Marketing Cooperative. For the safety of residents' property, a property company is specially hired to be responsible for the public security and environmental sanitation of the community, and the security guards are on duty 24 hours a day to undertake the public security tasks of the whole community. Xichuan Community accepts the leadership of Yufeng District People's Government, Kirin Office and CSSC Xijiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. at the same time, and is responsible for the party and government management of this community. Existing staff 18 (including 3 in the factory), whose main functions are: to implement the decisions and orders of the state administrative organs at higher levels and do a good job in the construction of community party organizations and residents' committees. Manage community finance, revenue and expenditure, social statistics, spiritual civilization construction, family planning, social relief, social welfare, supporting the army, conscription, mass culture, education, popular science, sports, entertainment, medical and health care, mediation, comprehensive management of social security, employment, social security, urban residents' medical insurance, letters and visits, residential property management, factory retirees management, and water and electricity collection.
