The Temporary Entrustment Service Agreement for Property Management of zz Garden adopted by the owners' meeting of zz Garden came into effect on June 26th, 2008. At this point, the "legal vacuum" between the owner of zz Garden and the property management company has finally ended, and the owner of zz Garden can finally pay attention to, demand and supervise the management of the property management company with confidence, and zz Garden may turn a new page!
As an industry committee elected by everyone, we will do our best to pay attention to and supervise every park management work of the property management company within the scope permitted by law, and give active support and cooperation to its actions that are conducive to the development of the park, facilitate residents' lives, improve the quality of the park and meet the interests of most owners in the park. At the same time, we will try our best to resolutely put an end to and oppose any behavior that harms the interests of the owners, adversely affects the development of the park and reduces the quality of the zz park. We know our responsibilities and burdens. We try not to disappoint everyone!
At the same time, I sincerely remind you that you can pay the property fee on time according to the new standard. We understand that some owners were dissatisfied with the service quality in the past, which led to arrears. However, due to the fixed fee system adopted by zz Garden Property Management Office, it is not the property company that punishes the service dissatisfaction, but the neighbors who help you pay the fees normally and ourselves. Industry Committee is urging the property to formulate practical measures to ensure and further improve the service quality after the implementation of the new property fee price.
The historical arrears generated before should belong to all owners of zz Park! At present, the industry committee is listening to the opinions of all parties on the principles and specific operations of dealing with historical arrears, and strives to come up with a specific plan before the end of 1 1. Of course, it takes time to solve this problem satisfactorily, but it must not create new arrears and affect the normal operation of the park.
Secondly, some new management methods will be implemented in the clubhouse. We know that there are still a few owners who have opinions on the adjustment of fees for individual areas and functions of clubs. But now that the owners' meeting has passed this content, the property management company will strengthen the management of the clubhouse according to the requirements of the agreement, so we hope that everyone can respect the opinions of most people in the park, actively and consciously abide by the rules of the clubhouse, and reflect their views through normal channels and ways. After the implementation of the new regulations for a period of time, the industry Committee will analyze and study specific issues. If new adjustments are needed, we will submit them to the owners' meeting for consideration.
Finally, I would like to remind you that the temporary entrustment service agreement of zz Garden property management constitutes a new contractual relationship between the owner and the property management company, which requires us to respect the rights of both parties and fulfill their respective obligations!
