How to obtain the qualification certificate of property management enterprise

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the qualification management of property service enterprises, business license, tax registration certificate, enterprise code certificate, and qualification certificates of more than 5 enterprise professional technicians and more than 5 property management professionals are required. In some areas, at least 1 property management personnel are required to register in this enterprise, and the social security certificates of the above personnel should be submitted within three months.
