How to compensate the owner for the loss caused by the broken property monitoring?

Monitoring in residential areas belongs to the scope of public safety and property management safety monitoring. The residential property management office should be responsible for improving the relevant hardware equipment (monitoring lens and line laying and installation) in order to achieve comprehensive coverage of the whole regional management scope.
