Decision of the Standing Committee of Ningbo Municipal People's Congress on Amending the Regulations of Ningbo Municipality on Property Management in Residential Areas (200 1)

1. Item (3) of Paragraph 2 of Article 19 is amended as: "Deliberating and deciding on the use of property maintenance funds and the income from the use of property facilities in residential quarters;" 2. Paragraph 2 of Article 40 is amended as: "Property management houses are provided by the development and construction units free of charge, and the property rights belong to all owners of residential areas, and the property management companies rent them to the management committee, and the rent is used for property management." Three, delete forty-third. 4. Article 45 is amended as: "For residential quarters that have been delivered for use before the implementation of these Regulations, the property management premises, business premises and property maintenance funds required for the implementation of property management shall be separately stipulated by the Municipal People's Government." 5. Paragraph 2 of Article 47 is amended as: "Finance, auditing and price departments shall strengthen supervision, auditing and inspection of property management fees according to law."

In addition, according to this decision, the order of some articles is adjusted accordingly.

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The "Regulations" of Ningbo Municipality on Residential Property Management shall be revised according to this decision and re-promulgated.
