Although the Xianghe property market shows signs of rising, neither the "relaxation of purchase restrictions" nor the rumored agreement has been officially confirmed. According to the official documents, buying a house in Xianghe still needs to meet the requirements of the purchase restriction policy promulgated on 20 17.
The volume slowly recovered.

If the traffic conditions are further improved in the future, the demand of Xianghe real estate is still attractive, at least it will not continue to fall.
The "eight-year sale" cat is tired
In the view of Xianghe real estate sales staff, the reason why the property market here can pick up is related to the recent "relaxation of purchase restrictions". "
