How to write?

The time and place in between can be changed. From July/KLOC-0 to August 20th, 2009, I participated in social practice activities in Jinma Building Project Department of Beijing Urban Construction Hong Tong Property Management Company. During the internship, with the help and guidance of company leaders and colleagues, I actively participated in the related work of property management, paid attention to comparing the theoretical knowledge of property management learned from books with the actual work, deepened my understanding of the actual work with theoretical knowledge, verified the learned property management theory with practice, and explored the essence and laws of property management. Through this practice, I deeply realized the importance of the close combination of theory and practice. Especially in the property management industry, it is very practical, so we college students should not only learn professional knowledge well in school, but also pay attention to the cultivation of other abilities and accumulate relevant experience, such as ideological and moral cultivation, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, computer operation skills, writing skills and so on. Appropriate participation in the activities and work of some societies will help to improve these abilities. Because only with these abilities can we meet the social demand for property management talents and be favored and reused by users when they are employed.
