Does the property have the right to charge decoration management fees?

Property has no right to charge decoration management fees for the following reasons:

1, the construction unit shall undertake the warranty responsibility of the property according to the warranty period and scope stipulated by the state;

2, property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communications, cable television and other units shall not charge related fees to end users;

3. If the realty service enterprise accepts the entrusted collection fees, it shall not charge the owners any additional fees such as handling fees;

4, the property management area in violation of public security, environmental protection, property decoration and use of laws and regulations. The realty service enterprise shall stop it and report to the relevant administrative departments in a timely manner. After receiving the report from the realty service enterprise, the relevant administrative department shall stop the illegal act or deal with it according to law;

5. The owner or the construction unit should sign a decoration management service agreement with the property management enterprise, but the price bureau also stated that the management measures cannot be used as the legal basis for the property management enterprise to charge.

If the property service charges are subject to government-guided prices, the competent price department of the people's government with pricing power shall, jointly with the real estate administrative department, formulate the corresponding benchmark price and its floating range according to factors such as the standard of property management service level, and publish it regularly. The specific charging standard is agreed by the owner and the property management enterprise in the property service contract according to the specified benchmark price and floating range.

The property service charges that are regulated by the market shall be agreed by the owners and the property management enterprises in the property service contract.
