The centralized meter reading system of photoelectric direct reading and remote transmission water meter consists of four parts: meter unit (photoelectric direct reading and remote transmission water meter), link unit (collector and concentrator), computer host and system software.

The meter reading software uses RS485 transmission lines to directly connect multiple RS485 interface water meters with collectors and concentrators, and establish a data transmission network. The data in the photoelectric direct reading water meter is transmitted to the collector and concentrator through wires, and then transmitted to the host system through Ethernet and other media by the concentrator, thus realizing the functions of remote meter reading, remote control, app payment, ladder water price, data storage and analysis.
