1, phenomenon:

(1) Water supply pipe is insufficient; (2) The quality of equipment used in pipeline valve system, power water pump system and microcomputer control system does not meet the requirements; (3) After pipeline installation, install the nozzle without careful inspection and hydrostatic test; (4) The power supply is insufficient.

3, prevention and control measures:

(1) When designing, the process design of pipe network suction pipe, water supply pipe, water supply pipe, overflow pipe, drainage pipe and power supply line should be explained in detail in the construction drawing, especially the total water supply, total displacement and total power supply capacity should be combined with other related designs; (2) In the design, it is best to use cross-shaped water supply for the annular pipe and water supply tank for the combined water distribution pipe to obtain a stable jet; (3) Before construction, all pipelines must be treated with anti-corrosion to avoid the rusting and stacking of pipelines, which will affect the water flow; (4) Before installation, the injection angle of the nozzle must be set in advance, and the nozzle should be selected according to the design requirements. The connection between the nozzle and the branch pipe is preferably hinged or flexible, which can effectively prevent mechanical impact. At the same time, the hinged joint is convenient for adjusting the installation height of the nozzle during construction, and all pipe joints should be fastened and installed firmly; (5) For the selection of pipeline valve system, power water pump system, microcomputer control system and other equipment, we should strictly select the manufacturers and control the quality; (6) After the pipeline installation, carefully check and conduct water pressure test to ensure the safety of the pipeline, and then install the nozzle after everything is normal; (7) All power and lighting lines must use waterproof cables to ensure the safety of power supply. The total water supply, total displacement and total power supply capacity should meet the design requirements.
