Why don't high-rise properties let Ann security window?

The property does not allow high-rise buildings to install security window for the following reasons: First, high-rise thieves can't climb up, and security window is also white; Second, there are so many high-rise buildings, and each decorated security window is different, which affects the overall beauty of the community from the appearance; Third, the installation of security window is not conducive to fire rescue.

There are two opinions about the property company's behavior of restricting the owner's installation of security window: 1, which restricts the owner's installation according to the property service agreement or management agreement signed between the owner and the property company (real estate company). If the owner installs it, it is a breach of contract (not illegal); 2. Another way of saying this is that according to the property right disposal clause in the Property Law, the owner has the right to dispose of his own property right, and the agreement is not as effective as the right to dispose, and the owner shall not be restricted from installing the property (I have contacted similar cases). At present, the laws and regulations have not clearly defined the installation of security window. The usual practice is that if the property prevents installation on the grounds of agreement, the owners can unanimously decide whether to install it by voting at the owners' meeting, and the property company must act in accordance with the resolutions of the owners' meeting.

Some properties are not allowed to install the extended security window. We can refit the push-pull security window, that is, install it in the window. But in this way, there must be a feeling of being trapped. It is suggested to install an invisible security window. If this doesn't work, it is recommended to install indoor railings or glass covers.
