Why is property management a paid service?

There is no necessary direct connection between house price and property management fee.

Some houses with high prices have low property fees. The reason is that the property company does not provide services for profit in order to establish a brand, or the development company subsidizes the property company's funds for free in order to establish a brand.

For some low-priced houses, property fees are charged normally, because socialized property companies are reluctant to take over because of losses, and only pay as normal property fees.

Therefore, the house price of any development company does not include the property management fee.
