What are the procedures for opening a hotel on the pavement in Xining city?

The procedures for requesting property refer to the business place certificate (real estate license or lease contract) and business license obtained by the operator, as follows;

1. The applicant brings his/her ID card, three one-inch photos, house property certificate (lease contract) or other valid documents to the local administrative department for industry and commerce to apply for post certificate and business license;

2. Bring my ID card, copy of business license and valid seal to the local tax authorities for registration and tax payment certificate.
