Economic development of Yuping street

Yuping Street is located in the center of Fuqing, where Fuqing Municipal People's Government is located. It was established in 20061February. Its area covers the east of Houmuxi, the west of Dongmen Road, the south of Shijing Village and the north of Longjiang River. Yuping Street is the commercial and financial center of Fuqing, the gathering place of people flow, logistics and capital flow in the whole city, integrating culture, entertainment, education, commerce, industry and trade, with a total area of 7.3 square kilometers. There are 28 street grass-roots party organizations, including 5 community party committees and 739 people in party member/KLOC-0. Street has been awarded the honorary titles of Fuzhou Civilized Unit, Fujian Advanced Grass-roots Organization, Fujian Advanced Cultural Community, National Advanced Urban Sports Community, National Advanced Mass Sports Unit and National Advanced Sports Unit for the Aged.
