Do you need a real estate license to apply for a real estate license?

Legal analysis: No need. With the application form stamped with the official seal, the house sales contract, the confirmation letter of the buyers and sellers who signed the pre-sale contract on the house number, the measured area of the house and the settlement of the house price, the deed tax payment or tax reduction or exemption certificate, and the buyer's identity certificate (copy and original inspection).

Article 209 The establishment, alteration, transfer and extinction of the real right of immovable property shall take effect after registration according to law, but it shall not take effect after registration, except as otherwise provided by law.

Natural resources owned by the state according to law may not be registered.

Article 210 The registration of immovable property shall be handled by the registration institution where the immovable property is located.

The state implements a unified registration system for real estate. The scope, organization and method of unified registration shall be stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 211 When applying for registration, the parties concerned shall provide the ownership certificate, real estate boundary and area and other necessary materials according to the different registered items.
