What documents does a residential electrician need?

Residential property electrician maintenance certificate belongs to low-voltage electrician operation certificate, which can be handled at the safety supervision bureau.

The required information is as follows:

One, ID card, diploma copy A4 two copies.

Second, the original and photocopy of the physical examination form.

Three, the examination registration form in duplicate.

4. Paste 3 forms for one-inch color photos, and 1 paste a blank copy of ID card.

Requirements for obtaining electrician operation certificate are as follows:
