What's the difference between an auxiliary police and a security guard?

Auxiliary police receive simple training and assist in handling police affairs under the leadership of regular police officers. Security guards are generally responsible for the safety of their own units and cannot perform official duties.

The duties of the auxiliary police are public security patrol inspection, bayonet duty, receiving police, maintaining the order of large-scale public activities and unexpected cases, surrendering the current suspects, dispute mediation, public security publicity and education and other police activities.
