When will Xinhui Jinshui Shore hand over the house?

1. The delivery time is stipulated in the house purchase contract signed by the buyer and the seller. You can refer to the specific agreed time in the purchase contract.

2. If the developer fails to deliver as scheduled, the developer will breach the contract. According to the relevant provisions of the Contract Law, the seller shall pay liquidated damages or compensate for the losses if the delivery is overdue.
